Welcome to Psychological & Educational Testing Specialists. While our

practice has a new name, our commitment to helping individuals

understand how they learn—and how they can succeed—has remained the

same. Together we bring decades of experience in educational and

psychological assessment, working with children, adolescents, college

students, and adults.

Every person learns differently. Some students seem to breeze through

school, while others work twice as hard to achieve the same results. Some

adults have spent years wondering why certain tasks feel more difficult

than they should. Often, these individuals are bright, capable, and

hardworking—they simply have never fully understood how they learn best.

At Psychological & Educational Testing Specialists, we believe that an

evaluation is about much more than identifying a diagnosis. It is an

opportunity to discover strengths, better understand challenges, and

develop a meaningful roadmap for success.

Many of the individuals and families who come to us share similar stories.

Parents may have noticed concerns for years but weren't sure where to

turn. Teachers may comment that a child "has so much potential" or "works

harder than anyone else." Others seek answers because of concerns with

attention, executive functioning, reading, writing, mathematics, anxiety, or

standardized testing.

We also work with college students and adults seeking a better

understanding of lifelong learning differences or documentation for

accommodations on standardized tests, graduate school entrance exams,

or professional licensing examinations.

We understand that pursuing an evaluation can feel overwhelming. From

the initial consultation through the feedback meeting, we strive to make

the process welcoming, collaborative, and informative. We take the time to

answer questions, explain results in understandable language, and

provide practical recommendations.
